General Conditions of Sale

1. Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all sales of products made on this site.

2. Price

The prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros and without VAT. Following the loading place and the delivery address, we will calculate the taxes following the rules in application.

3. Order

Orders can be made online from the site or by e-mail via info@olenco.be. Payment is required at time of billing.

4. Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on the nature of the products, their origin and destination, as well as geopolitical conditions around the world. Detailed information on delivery times is provided when placing the order.

5. Payment Terms

The payment methods accepted on this site are bank transfers. Our customers are asked to pay for their order by transfer after receipt of the invoice to the bank account of the company CBC Banque :

6. Reservation of Title Clause

The products remain the property of Olenco until full payment of the order.

7. Force Majeure Clause

Olenco cannot be held responsible for non-performance of its obligations in the event of circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, etc.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the products at your expense for reimbursement.

9. Warranty

The product warranty is subject to the guarantees provided by our various suppliers. Specific warranty details will be provided with each product.

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the Belgian courts will have sole jurisdiction.
