The privacy statement applies only to all services provided by the site www.olenco.be.

We accept no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the consultation or use of these external websites. Anonymous Access


The security level used is the lowest and consists of services offered on a public and anonymous basis. The site does not handle confidential data that requires user authentication control.

Only a limited amount of data may be collected. This includes data resulting from the use of cookies and logging (currently, the site does not use cookies) or data aimed at an information request by the user through the contact form.

Your personal data will only be transferred to third parties with your authorization or under the conditions described. The host (OVH) and the design manager (Digitalife – Samuel Montegnies) do not have access to data sent via the contact form.

For each service, the processed data and the reason for processing will be clearly defined. The user must explicitly consent to the processing of their data.

Proportionality


Olenco ensures that collected personal data is adequate, relevant, and not excessive, considering the processing purpose indicated in the privacy statement of each specific service. For each organized service, a procedure will be included in the privacy statement to exercise these rights.

While Olenco makes every effort to protect your privacy, effective protection is naturally only possible if you also take the necessary steps to preserve your privacy.


Regarding the use of services, you are required to provide complete, accurate, truthful, and non-deceptive information; Provide valid and usable contact information so that you can be contacted within a reasonable time and reasonably confidentially.

Olenco respects the privacy of users. Although most information is available on this site without providing personal data, personal information may be requested from the user.
