Scope of the Privacy Statement

The privacy statement applies only to all services provided by the site www.olenco.be.

Please also note that the websites created and maintained may contain links to other websites, instances over which we have no technical or content control. We, therefore, cannot offer any guarantee regarding the privacy policy of these websites. We accept no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the consultation or use of these external websites. Anonymous Access

The security level used is the lowest and consists of services offered on a public and anonymous basis. The site does not handle confidential data that requires user authentication control.

Only a limited amount of data may be collected. This includes data resulting from the use of cookies and logging (currently, the site does not use cookies) or data aimed at an information request by the user through the contact form.

Cookies are small information files that are automatically stored on your computer's hard drive when you visit a site, containing a unique identification number. Olenco takes all necessary steps to ensure the security of your personal data. To ensure your data is protected against unauthorized access, illegitimate use, loss, or unauthorized changes, the services use various security techniques and procedures.

Website data sent via the Internet will be secured through encryption, for example, using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

Your personal data will only be transferred to third parties with your authorization or under the conditions described. The host (OVH) and the design manager (Digitalife – Samuel Montegnies) do not have access to data sent via the contact form.

Purpose, Legality, and Transparency

For each service, the processed data and the reason for processing will be clearly defined. The user must explicitly consent to the processing of their data.

Proportionality

Olenco ensures that collected personal data is adequate, relevant, and not excessive, considering the processing purpose indicated in the privacy statement of each specific service. Your personal data will not be retained for longer than necessary to achieve the processing purpose unless data retention is required by law.

Rights of Access and Correction

For each organized service, a procedure will be included in the privacy statement to exercise these rights.

It will include the necessary contact information (see chapter 8) that will allow you to obtain information on the processed personal data, the processing purposes, the recipients to whom personal data may be provided, and the steps you can take to correct or complete any incorrect or incomplete data and possibly oppose the processing, where you have that right.​

User Responsibility

While Olenco makes every effort to protect your privacy, effective protection is naturally only possible if you also take the necessary steps to preserve your privacy.

Regarding the use of services, you are required to provide complete, accurate, truthful, and non-deceptive information; Provide valid and usable contact information so that you can be contacted within a reasonable time and reasonably confidentially.

Transfer to Third Parties

Your personal data will never be made available to third parties except when such transfer is required by or under a law.

If your personal data is eventually transferred, the privacy statement will indicate which personal data is involved and what processing it will be subjected to.

Your personal data will never be used for advertising purposes nor transferred to third parties who would use this data for such purposes, except with your explicit notice.

Olenco respects the privacy of users. Although most information is available on this site without providing personal data, personal information may be requested from the user. In this case, the data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the law of December 8, 1992, on the processing of personal data.
